This powerful, inspiring story of compassion and caring, let’s us all know, any of us can make a difference if we choose to. Oklahomas’ best known and longest running film festival, BAREBONES, has been dubbed the “world’s friendliest film festival” and has been ranked as one of “the top 20 film festivals in worth their entry fee” and one of the “top ten small film festivals in the world.” Held in Muskogee Oklahoma, the small, picturesque town of 40,000 made famous by country singer Merle Haggards’, “I’M PROUD TO BE AN OKIE FROM MUSKOGEE”.
I’m very excited about Opening Our Eyes being screened at Bare Bones. It’s an honor. My co creator Erin Kelly will get to experience the fun of the festival – alas I have a conflict and can’t make it. It was one festival I really wanted to attend.
